The RazzelCam Platinum Package - £1795.00
The ultimate wedding video package! The Platinum package gives coverage of the entire days proceedings. The package includes all of the features of the Gold Plus Wedding Video Package (Details Below) and adds Evening Reception Coverage plus both the Brides and Grooms preparations. This package also includes a Diary Room in the evening for guest’s messages and finally a Highlights Montage of the day set to music. This package is fantastic value for money!
Highlights Montage
An absolute must in my view. A short summary of the day using effects such as slow motion and black and white footage to really capture the true romance of this very special occasion. Again set to the music of your choice (perhaps your chosen first dance soundtrack) and is included on the Wedding day film. You can see some examples of this in the demonstration clips section of this website. A truly beautiful way to end your Wedding film reflecting on the special moments of your special day.
Bride and / or Groom preparations
This really adds to the overall feel of the day. Clients often comment how great it was to see the preparations of their partners and the exciting build up to the big moment. Depending on which package you choose, we will film both the Bride & Groom preparations (subject to location), this footage will then be backed by the music of your choice (of you can leave that to us) and is used to set the scene and build to the Ceremony itself.
First Dance and evening reception
We can extend our coverage of your day all the way through to the evening celebrations. We will capture any evening speeches and your first dance together – we of course will also be on hand to capture your guest boogieing and strutting their stuff on the dance floor, bring back memories that most will have forgotten!!! We will stay with you up until 10pm.
Video Diary Room
Very popular right now (probably because of big brother), this option involves setting up a camera and operator in a separate room near the main room, and inviting guest to come along individually or in groups to leave you best wishes messages. We are very diplomatic here, and can provide both censored and uncensored versions if you wish (if you know what I mean!!!). We promote this throughout the evening through the DJ or band that you have in the main room – great fun and just fantastic to look back on over and over.
Standard Features in All our Wedding Video Packages
Guest arrivals at the Ceremony
We will have cameras at the Ceremony venue at least 1 hour before your guests start arriving. As well as allowing us to make final preparations and shoot some external footage, the main reason for being there so early is to film your guests arriving. Really capturing the build up, the excitement and the splendor of your special day.
The Full Ceremony (2 Cameras)
We will film the entire Ceremony using two cameras and two camera operators. This really allows us to capture all the magic moments from different angles creating a truly cinematic result. We also use the latest wireless microphones to ensure we capture every word with out being too obtrusive.
Photo Shoot and guests mingling
Our clients tell us they really love this element to their Wedding film. We will have one camera capturing the photo shoot and the other capturing your guests enjoying your special day, chatting drinking and having fun. Our clients love this insight, because they tend to be tied up posing for the stills photographer and love the ‘fly on the wall’ insight this gives them into the bits of the day they missed.
Pre-reception coverage, Receiving line cutting the cake
This will include the guests mingling before the Wedding breakfast, entering and being welcomed by the receiving line. We will also capture - the entrance and welcome of the Bride and Groom by the guests. We then leave you to enjoy your Wedding breakfast, returning for the cutting of the cake.
Speeches (2 Cameras)
We will be there to capture all of the speeches, again using 2 cameras and 2 camera operators. We again use wireless microphones to record every word whilst remaining as far away as we can be – this is really important (people can be nervous enough as it is). The cameras we use are so good we can capture close up footage from 80 feet away. Our clients tell us that most guests didn’t even know the speeches were being filmed.
Evening Celebration
Your wedding day just flies by…. The same is true of the evening. In the Platinum package, we will capture all of those special moments. The first Dance, your guests dancing, and our famous diary room (think big brother), a great way for your family and friends to leave you wonderful wishes and thoughts of the day. If you are having fireworks, we will stay for those too. Coverage till 10-10.30pm.
Additional Options
The RazzelCam Same Day Wedding Edit - £399
This option can be added to any of our Wedding Video packages which includes or where you have requested we stay for the evening celebrations. This is particularly worth while if you have a number of additional guests arriving in the evening that would have missed the Ceremony. In essence, we will take footage from the day and creatively edit a short sequence backed by music of your choice. This 5-8 minute film (including slow motion, perhaps black and white scenes) will be projected onto a BIG SCREEN and shown to the guests just before you take to the floor for your first dance – this really does go down well and allows ALL of your guests to truly share and experience your special day – on the day. This film sequence is also then added to you final DVD.
The RazzelCam Perfect Day (or other) pop video - £449
This is really something rather rare and very special (please take a look at the demonstration clips on this website to see what I mean). This is a great way to entertain your guests and be entertained by your guests during that quilter time between the Ceremony and the Wedding Breakfast. In essence, we will work with you preparing and planning the filming, during the day we will film your guests miming to a song of your choice (Perfect Day is the favourite, because it allows so many guests to be involved and the lyrics fit well – although, this can be done with any song of your choice).
We then painstakingly edit the footage, overlay the original soundtrack and ‘hay-presto’ you and your guests have produced your very own and very unique pop video. It’s a great piece of fun to film, and will be watched time and time again. We supply 20 copies of this DVD included in the above price. The DVD will include the finished song and some outtakes – there are always outtakes!!
